Before using our application, you must agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our application.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Email address and basic profile info provided during sign-up.
  • User Content: The "Incidents" and "Lessons" you write. This data is encrypted and stored securely using Supabase.
  • Usage Data: Basic anonymous analytics to help us improve the app experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide your "Growth-Scroll" feed across devices.
  • Manage your subscription and account access.
  • We never sell your personal reflections or data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

We prioritize your privacy. Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your "Inner Citadel," we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — used for authentication, database storage, and secure syncing of your account data and reflections.
  • RevenueCat — used to manage subscriptions, purchases, and premium access within the app. RevenueCat may process purchase-related data such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, and app user IDs.
  • Apple App Store — all payments and subscription transactions are securely processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services on our behalf.

5. Your Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account within the App settings, which will permanently remove all your reflections from our servers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Soulfeed is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
